Default Dungeons & Dragons online: OnRPG's unofficial help thread

There is so much to learn in DDO. Character creation, character development, multiclassing, weaknesses and strengths of mobs, the loots!!

This can be where the OnRPG community can ask and answer the questions other members have. Please follow the rules of the forum and respect others input. If there is a difference in opinions be civil about the argument.

ONE MORE THING!!!!
Dont ask for rep. Let the poster of the question you answered, be the judge of that.

Well I've got one, are 32 point stat builds something that has to be bought with a f2p account? 28 isnt too bad to make decent builds with but afew extra points really helps stabilize things imo.

I really dont know. They did say anything that was able to be unlocked with favors in the P2P model will be introduced as an unlock in the DDO store, but I have not seen it in the store. What I have not checked is if its still in the favors within the F2P model.

If they do introduce it, it may be later. But how will it work? Will it unlock for just that server or the account?

Another thing, I am pretty sure it will be a bit higher cost than just purchasing a class or race. I estimate the price would be around 1500 coins.

I have 3000 turbine points in total of meaning 3 codes but I'm giving them all in one shot, this may seem off topic but my reason is to "help" someone by giving this away. Post count must be above 50 and who ever PMs me first gets the points.

Edit: Also I don't know if these codes expire or not but you its atleast worth trying.

2nd Edit: All codes are gone.

Jiu mo gwai gwaai faai dei zau
I said that and there is still no news of Codemaster's DDO going F2P.
The game was quite good when I tried it, but the lack of population forced me to quit (and also that it was nearly completely instanced made me turn to GW).

Meh well thanks for the info, rather pricey for 4 measly points but it's worth more than classes and races in the first place anyway.

Four points makes a 17 into a 18 in stats. That another +1. Thats good for any character.

Its just my own estimate, but if you look at how much favor you need to get drow and 32 point build, it shows how valuable it is. I know many who was willing to grind for favor in the P2P model. They may sell the unlock for a lower price. We wont know until we know if they choose to add it.

So I was looking through the online manual, and I was looking at the Dwarf race. So if I were to be a Dwarf Fighter with the waraxe specialization racial, and then if I were to choose waraxes as my weapon kensei would I be really bad ***?
