Is the game worth it?
Is it populated?
Grind or Quest Based?
Whats the level cap?
Is level slow?

There is no in-game currency which is odd. You can trade ITEMS for the currency, but the currency is bought with real money. So I doubt you'll be trading much for the money. For potions you pretty much have to repeat quests unless you somehow have enough TIX (The currency) to buy them. The grind isn't... EXTREME, but without potions it takes ages. There are quests, yes. They are more of a progression to stronger monsters, though. Not really the types of quests to fill up a zone and pack it with backstory and stuff if you know what I mean. It's slower, I guess. If you just talk to the people, they are really nice.

I enjoyed my stay, even though it was short.

It's as simple as that. Please, don't do it. One of the major ways to get money is to buy it with real money, really. Sure, some quests give MetaTix, but leveling to a 31 Templar is NOT easy on quest rewards, trust me on that.

the game is obviously not populated because they kept shutting down.. they had too many bugs x_x the game was just a failure, im not sure how it'll turn out to be now.

Give it a try. Great game ith great community, wrong section, great quests, fun bosses, smart npcs, good economy, perfect graphics.

GO FOR IT!
