No clue about order classes, but zealot IS NOT what you are looking for.

Zeal have decent single target heal, outhealed by shamans though. They are quite boring and frustrating to level and the gear doesn't really comply with cool.

My favorite healing class to play was the Zealot.
They are more of a support healer.
But they do crap damage and are hard to level.

Warrior Priests all the way. Lvled one to max and I wrecked havoc.
