bio:joind the unsc at the age of 18 soon after i got premoterd to private grade 1 after saving my feild commander from a heart attak theni got my next rank by risking my dairy arr for a higher ranking officer and then it all went by so fast and now im 49 with a wife 2 kids 3 grand kids and the commander of the unsc alpha sector.

I'd also recommend joining some RPs and staying active in one for a couple of months before you even begin to think about making your own! =]

Hosting RPs requires a lot of time and effort, and it's a good idea to be comfortable RPing on forums before you try and host one yourself.

If you suck at RPing then you shouldnt have made this in the first place or you should have waited until you got better and actually joined one first. Do not jump into it. It pays off to wait and think of a basic storyline first. Then work your way up to create something unigue and different. Wait a while then try again or something.
