the best is cowboy bebop
but it's better to watch everything in japanese because english isn't moe at all. also, everything in original form is better therefore making dubs inferior, but that applies after the moe factor that is really important in animu. |

Ghost in the Shell; hands down. The voices aren't wildly inappropriate for any given character. It's nice to have things done properly for once.
Well. Except the Tachikomas. But I think they were supposed to be like that.

dbz is the only decent dub i know, mainly because of vegeta's voice kicks ***
 for the rest i dont know any, prefer japanese+subs over dub a milion times.
