i downloaded j gunz but whenever i try opening it(double clicking on the icon) nothing happens and i tried alot of ways to open it but nothing happened someone help me.

you have to sign into netmarble and launch the game from there, if you like right ontop of where you sign in theres going to be 4 servers click one when you sign in and the game will launch
