Twin City Carnival: Quests Designed by Players

"From August 7 to August 26, players can take part in the Twin City Carnival in-game. The carnival contains 7 events, most of which were designed according to the inspirations from CO's talented community. In these events, you will be able to experience dramatic quests, win valuable prizes or just watch the splendid fireworks!" It sounds cool awesome. I am always hoping someone can make my ideas into a game. How do you feel these quests?
