I don't remember but what you can try is...Make 2-3 extra action bars for your 2ndary and then put skills on them and then make them hidden. When your on your secondary you can hide your primary bars and display secondary. Just a guess though.
Also maybe it's your play style and that's fine but you probably shouldn't be playing on your secondary. It's much faster to get your primary as high as you can and then have him do your secondaries daily quests. |

What you want to do is go to the forums and read the elite skills that your class gets. For example when I played I was rogue/warrior and I wanted to dual wield axes. This was an elite skill I got if both my class's levels were 15..or something. For me I absolutely had to get that skill to help with my grinding because it helped me A LOT(axe rogues have since been nerfed..hehe). So go to the elite skill list and see if there are any skills like that which are a must have. If so you want to get at least that level on your secondary. Once you get that skill I would max your your primary before touching your secondary.
