Default Just built my first pc :) w/pics

Alright, while i've been inactive on onrpg over the past few days. I have pretty much been hyping for the packages to arrive from amazon, and checking the tracking number every other hour, for an update of status :P. I decided to purchase my parts from amazon rather than newegg just for no-tax and free amazon prime.

The Build:
Cooler Master Centurion 5 Midtower (Hand-me-down)
EVGA x58 SLI LE Motherboard
Intel Core i7 920 d0 Stepping (Bought from Microcenter for $200)
Xigmatek Dark Knight
6GB DDR3 1600 OCZ Platinum
EVGA 9800GTX+ (Yeah i know its bottleneck, but also was hand-me-down, isn't that bad for only 1280x1024)
750w PC Power and Cooling Silencer Quad
640GB Western Digital Caviar Black
Sony DVD Burner -oem (But expensive as f*** from microcenter)

I paid ~$700 (Including microcenter tax) for everything except the Video card, case, and power supply.

Here are some pics:

I love my cable management job lol...

I was just wondering if anyone experienced might have some useful guide or the such on how to overclock i7 processors, since its pretty new to me. And i was just wondering how i should gain internet access upstairs, if i was to place the computer there. My family's router is downstairs in an office room, and i've heard bad things about Wireless PCI Cards and gaming. Any suggestions?

Pull a wire. Wireless can get so many issues you wouldn't have with wires.

No OCing links for you as I'm not in that stuff. =/

I also wonder how much electricity that beast will use.

Congratz! Too bad your 9800GTX+ is a bottleneck. I have a GTX 260 with a 1280x1024 monitor. But then again, I was going to upgrade to a widescreen monitor around Christmas...And I saw some i7 overclock guides, let me dig them up.

Well, i don't really mind your sarcasm, but just i feel like you're being pretty rude :/ Then again, its probably just me trying to show off my hardware on the wrong forum.

And @ SnowBunZz
Well, My dad would never agree to pull a wire upstairs just for my internet, especially if it involves any drilling holes in the wall.
Is there any way i can use a dsl filter and connect a another 2wire modem thats laying around the house? I was just wondering if it would be possible to get internet that way.

@Sakumo
Thanks, i'd really appreciate the help.

That was the only one I can refind. Also, what's wrong with wireless gaming? My brother and I both game on the same server. He uses wired, I use wireless, my ping is within 10 of his.

I never said it was bad. Dx

My friends always managed to get into trouble with wireless internet somehow. -.-"
