Well I've heard that Python is very easy to learn and that its also powerful, is it good enough to make games like 2d mmorpg's?

Maybe not an MMO, but certainly a decent online 2D/3D game.

Though I don't know; it might be able to do an MMO as well.

It's pretty good. You can make a 2D, and 3D game with it. ToonTown is coded in Python, so you can make an mmo with it, if you have that knowledge.

Well theres a Framework wich provides some major libarys and classes.
This will make youre live easier.

Python can also be connected to C++ or Java being used for the front end while those languages do the actual work for you. You could use this approach to making a game if you wanted.
