dont argue with me!! just redowload it and reinstall disable firewal and delete cookies  hope it helps gl |

If you are using zone alarm, sometimes the rakion.bin gets messed up. Make sure you allow the program or shut down zone alarm all together.
If that doesnt work. redownload and reinstall.
