So I'm getting a piercing gun for parties...lol.
It comes with like 100 studs, obviously 16 gauge, which is the base line AFAIK. I'm looking for some fun novelty earrings. I wanna gauge my ear, but not too big. Can anyone give me an idea of the different gauges? I know 14 isn't too much different from 16. I wanna wear the various plugs with pictures in them (I saw one of a virgin mary that I really wanted lols). I'm not sure what size they start in... And, I can't seem to find many fun earrings online. I know Spencers has them, but their online store is lacking, to say the least. Thanks! |

Are you talking about stretching your ears like me?

Also, NEVER pierce cartilage with a piercing gun. There's a high risk that it will shatter. It doesn't always happen, but it is very dangerous. My ex girlfriend had her nose pierced with a piercing gun when we went to her friend's house after her graduation, and the jackass (my best friend) that did it ended up piercing at an angle, so she walked around for a month looking like a total tard because no one had the heart to tell her how bad it looked. Just remember that you need to sterilize more than the needle that punctures the ear. EDIT: If you have any questions that you can't find the answers to, I've got two friends that do tattoos and piercings professionally. I can give them a call or ask them the next time I see them. |

You can buy professional piercing needles (hollow needles) for like 1,50$ each on ebay, it's worth the money. Or use a fixing pin and sterilize the f*ck out of it. But please, don't use piercing guns. When i first got my ears pierced with a gun, the holes were inflamed for like 4 weeks until i took the piercings out. Then i decided to do it myself the next time and shazam! It's all good now. I used a hollow needle though |

http://www.crazy-factory.com is a International site I use to get stretchers.
I can't really give you a site about tunnels, cause I don't know if they ship to other country's, so sorry about that. Those plugs that you want, you can get those in your ear around the 8mm or 12mm, I don't really know, I just use open holes xD I suggest doing 2mm and while you shower. @Mr.TingTing, 14mm isn't big even on a small head, but my personal opinnion is if you go above the 12mm it becomes really ugly xD So I stick to 10mm. Also your sig ;D Gooooood music taste xD Last edited by Darksin; 08-19-2009 at 04:45 PM. |
