I think you should learn CSS, even though CSS is part of HTML, it still has its own file type, so I suggest you learn that first before you start learning JavaScript, the next one you should consider learning. After that, either Flash, Java, or even both!

Anyway, what interests you most?

Flash Actionscript 2 (yes, it's a language x_x and my specialty :/), PHP, javascript, mysql, perl, html.
Going to learn python, java, netlogo (though that really isn't useful :/), LISP, Flash AS3 (xD!) and maybe even C++.

JavaScript allows you to interact with the user, but its variables are limited to one page and one page only, once the user leaves the page, the variable dies...

So PHP would be better, but it gets confusing if you start meshing HTML and PHP.

And that's where the Smarty framework comes in, as I've shown you this weekend...

Smarty is a templating engine which seperates the PHP code from the HTML code.

Well here is my list.I will also use the numbering system 1-10.
C++-8.3
Java-2
Visual Basics-4
HTML-5
I guess thats all....Once you learn one language the most come on pretty easy. Its just finding time to learn them.

I think its more of a "scripting language" instead of a "programming language" (What that other guy said...) but just post it, I did =P.

I use books, took a class on Python (Don't really know why, it was pretty simple.)

Go to your Public Library, they may have some there. That or. . .
