Farming arena/bfs for points to get your stuff is repetitive too, just like every kind of farming...

For priests being fun or not, that depends on your taste. I liked my pve shadow, even that he only was my 6th lvl80.
Especially while topping a t7,5 shadow's dps in naxx, 3hours after hiting 80 and getting tells from him asking what my rotation is, that i do as much dps as him.

After playing all 10 classes to at least 70 i have to say, priest is one of the funnier classes for me to play. Rogue being the least.
Played him as holy smiter til 40 and after as shadow, wasnt to bad to play. Never used pw:s much because of its mana cost.
Leveling my priest was 100 times more fun than my pally from the 40s to 70 before they buffed retri.
