Well according to the screenshots of the worgen they had, i can only assume the gear can be seen. Not that hard to believe, considering we already have cows, and goats running around in armor.

And Goblin racials are pretty darn good, i still think human's free trinket is the best though.
They'll be updating racials of other classes anyway.
