you see. the phone number has to be made with the kssn you are using for the id.
let say ur kssn is 999.
the phone has to be made with that 999 or else they wont even send a varification number.
i had my aunts kssn as my id and tried to use my phone to verify( i do live in korea as of now so i have korean phone that my dad made me) and the verfication number didnt even come. it just says it is an unmatching number for that kssn.
and remember if you get it wrong three times.
you cant even use your phone to verify. so think carefully.
