Eclipse is free, and 2D. Requires no programming experience.
Realmcrafter costs $100(?) is 3D, and requires no programming experience, although I think there is an option to program. I'm pretty sure you need to know how to model, also. You should try the demo. If you don't like either of those, I reccomend you go to this topic, so you can learn a programming language. (If you've never programmed before, I suggest learning Python. Or, Lua.(They don't go directly into game programming, you have to learn the boring stuff first.)) After learning a language, you could try this topic Some more tutorials Python C++ After learning Python, you could try Pygame. When you feel that your ready for 3D graphics, you could try Panda3D Google has all the information you need on programming, it's just a search away. Anyway, my post is getting a little off topic.
