Default MP3 Player Drivers

So I got this old dinosaur iRiver 700 series and I just can't find drivers so that my computer recognizes it. I have the file Manager but w/o drivers it's useless.
I lost my CD which contained the drivers and OS won't install automatically. I use Windows 7 x64.

Maybe someone has super search skills and can help me? >.<

Well apparently not. It still can't find the player when it is connected.

Is your MP3 player compatible with W7?
