Default My Documents Disappeared [O_O]

A couple of days ago, I turn on my computer as usual, planning to lurk on some forums. Anyway I see a picture that I like and try to save it and when I look in My Documents, nothing's there. I open it in it's normal window, nothing. Nothing has been deleted, that I'm sure of. I tried making new folders, but they ended up disappearing as well. I tried to use restorer programs, but all they do is end up "not responding". I scanned with AVG and Malwarebytes, the latter found five things, fixed em, but nothing changed.

I'll edit this with a new log.

Rightclick My Documents and go to the "security tab". Click your name and see if you got all options marked on the left side.

If you got any checked on the right side, do tell us too.

I have all the permissions needed for the folder. It also mentions sometimes that the folder is corrupt with a pop up in the corner. It tells me to use CHKDSK to try and fix it...it doesn't do anything.

Chkdsk is a tool to check and repair damaged sectors on your hard disk drive, meaning it might be damaged.

^ this.

You better reinstall your OS before more of your stuffs get deleted.
I've had that problem several times with Win XP.
Oh and you can always try to get your dokuments back with a data recovery tool.

try a new antivirus program - or just reinstall your OS.

and if you have access to another PC, slap your HDD into it as slave and run a scan on it from the clean HDD. this is the best way to remove any rootkits you may have as they do not boot up into safe mode and they cannot (the majority of the time) be cleaned in runtime. try and use multiple AV/Malware scanners, it's best if you have a realtime one (like NOD32) and an on demand scanner (MBAM).
