They were delayed, the next date they hope to keep is the 22th.

They announced it will release on the 23th of september I think.

5870 is going to be 399 and has almost double the perfomance of a GTX295.
5850 is going to be 299.

It'll probably drop prices quick when nVidia releases their new cards, seeing some say they'll rape the 5870. :/ (aka history repeating itself)

Time will point this out.

Where did you get 26th? My source said around 22th.

Made a typo, it's the 23rd. At least for Europe.

Alright, thanks guys. Hoping to see a price drop a few days after the new cards are released (on the old ones, obviously). As I might have to wait a while until I buy my computer, and if there is a price drop by then I might as well ditch the onboard graphic card, switch back to DDR2 and buy a graphic card with the build.
