So ive these pass 5 days ive been trying out DDO and RoM. and RoM seems to be the way to go. But idk need some opinions.
Which One has funner PvP? Which One is easier to level? Which One is less boring? Which one seems to be worth my time more. Which on has more variety in armor and weapon choices? Which One has takes more skills to play? And if u guys are willing to add more plz do so. Thx! Thanks a lot for everyone that posted and responded in my previous threads either about RoM or DDO. How many of these "random game A vs random game B" thread are created everyday lol
Your currently playing both and your asking for a comparison I really don't understand the point of this and like that other guy said you already prefer rom. Was this just done out of boredom? |

no ima not doing this to "shit" with u, ima just saying, i want to know which one people prefer. i didnt do this out of boredom...i really want to know what people think. cause i havent played the game long enough to know how is the game gonna be like later. I mean, what ive done was only read 5 pages of a harry potter book. And you expect me to make a decision out of that? i mean i want to know how is the game gonna be like later. Is there really something wrong with that?

If guy opened thread and wanted others opinions why not?
I tryed both of them and can say ROM is quite fun, except i dont like that dual class system.quite much contient for low and high levels, good f2p game, and about ddo only worth playing if u are subscriber and got some knowledge about DND rules,DDO is kinda for oldschool d&d players. This is my opinion ! |

so currently DDO got 14 votes and RoM 4, i am wondering is people only voting for DDO because they really played it before and think its good? or they are voting for it because it is a p2p game that is going free so everyone has high expectations of it?

People are voting for what they like. If someone will say jump off the roof because it is cool I assume you will do it too. You can't be serious if you plan on relying on poll results.

I picked DDO for a solid character customization system with ways to change from start to finish with a splash of what you like for a really unique character if you wish. I like the dual class of RoM but doing race specific for the new classes as well as making some combinations less useful and limiting the unique skills from certain combinations puts me off. DDO has a really nice quest/dungeon raid system and while lacking in pvp, they're actively improving it. RoM has generic, boring quests... raids require you to buy from the item mall or buy from people who buy from the item mall, and the pvp favors the person who spent the most money.
