Get rising shot cancel, jackspike to 5, mach kick and windmill. Both mach kick and windmill make for some good damage dealing. Not much to get at such a low level. It's pretty straightforward until later on when more skills open up.
Remember in PvE you want skills that can cause mass destruction...skills such as multi headshot. Although females are better -.-
If not...go stick with another class that has better skills for PvE...like berserker.
