Default I have a question

Regarding Visitor's messages. How can I erase a specific message of a visitor in my visitor's messages??

Hope someone can help thanks!

1) Go to your inbox.
2) Click on a part of the screen which is not a button.
3) Press the Tab key 58-60 times (I would make a video, but you can count, or just look for the CheckBox.
4) Click on that CheckBox.
5) Ctrl-F (find text: "Selected Messages")
6) Click on the ListBox to the right of the "Selected Messages" text string, which should say, "Move to folder...", change the ListBox's output to "Delete".
7) Click the "Go" button.
8) If nothing happened, repeat from step 1.

The above is mentioned for the PM's not Visitors.

The visitors way of deletion is to check the box in the top right hand corner of the message. And then scroll all the way tot he bottom and click the "delete message" box.
