27 does have some quest. But the problem with 27 is that you get access to this cool new dungeon. Then just do it over and over again until you get to 28. Then you get some more quest and things speed up again. I think they should just give you the level 28 Epic quest right after you finish the 27 ones so you can immediately go to Dendroid Jungle instead of grinding more in outer wall or whatever.

It's not a huge problem or anything. Just something that made me start falling asleep yesterday.

also, you do know that we cracked open the game files and actually saw everything was in our clients already right? female gunner voices, all of the information for everything else too... a huge slang list and restricted names =/
