I don't think the exp is that bad considering their are people who are 23 and up already.

They should normally be higher.

Right now, I'm level 11, when I should be level 14-16. I'm just playing PvP until the EXP rates return to normal, so my quest EXP rewards aren't wasted.

Considering the only thing holding people back from leveling is the fatigue bar. It's not bad at all, imho. Getting 20k per dungeon run isn't bad at all.

Oh god I can only imagine what lv 30 is going to be like.
