What exactly is ban-dodging? Can a mod explain this offense to me?

it's when you get banned and make a new profile.

When you're banned, you are not allowed to create a new account. How this works is that, you as a person are banned from OnRPG, not just your account. So any account connected to you as a person is likely to be banned if you use it to circumvent the ban on your main account.

If you get to be a large nuisance, we just IP ban you.
