ok so my old mobile died and doesnt look like ill be able to resurrect it and im goddamn tired of messing about with firmware and phoning customer support... so im going to get a new phone.

now since i am an existing customer of virgin media im going to go with their £10 a month contracts, which is basically a steal.

theres three phones on offer right now im looking at, the Samsung Tocco Lite, Nokia 6303 and the LG Cookie.

i was thinking of going with either the samsung or the LG, they are both pretty much similar, although i think the samsung has a few less features (but im not really bothered with stuff like 3G). honestly as long as it has a half decent camera and mp3 then the rest can pretty much go to hell. although a decent touchscreen would be nice.

the samsung though is only free with this offer until 21st september so i need to make up my mind kinda quick... but i cant decide.

so yeah, do any of you own or know someone who owns one of these phones? what would you recommend?

I own the cookie, its a fun phone no doubt, with the drawing board etc, however it does have occasional restarts and what not

i give it a 6/10 to be honest

Out of your choice there id say go with the Cookie. Not because i own it but because i hated the tacco and the nokia doesnt look very nice imo.

well i can only really afford a tenner a month, and those are the best looking phones they had on offer.

the other phones look like crap, and although im not too bothered about getting top of the line i dont want an ugly piece of junk

get a Virgin Mobile Arc.. mine got ran over by a whole tire yesterday and survived stratchless, just a 5 min skuffle around a bypass for the parts.

plus im on a limited budget so thats why i narrowed it down to those choices. i think i might just go with the samsung.

also i live in the UK incase anyone doesnt know.
