Ok Ill tell you my secrets to staying awake and trust me there EPIC.
Way1. Dont just drink energy drinks, because your body will just crash the second you have no sugar, this is when your shoulders feel heavy. You should eat while drinking energy drinks, last longer and has something to burn. Best energy drink is Monster. 1 Can and I can do an all nighter, and go college feeling and looking fine. Way2. If no energy drinks, then Cups of tea or coffee with sugar helps, again eat little snacks even if its just friggen toast. Way3. Expert. Ok this way is very hard to get used to. The trick is to drink an energy drink, coffee within 2 mins. About 2 minutes flat ok. Then you lay down and try go sleep within 5 mins, 10 MAX! Have your alarm for 2~4 hours later when drink kicks in and you will feel refreshed from sleep and like you just woke up from a lay in. |

I haven't really consumed any caffeine in literally almost a year I think. Maybe a little here and there in various teas, but certainly no energy drinks or coffees.
Today, I bought one of those Monster coffee drinks...uh..."Mean Bean" I believe. I drank it down with some ice, and started to sweat from the caffeine. I thought I was going to get sick (its been a while, then I drank too much) but it ended up with me buzzing pretty hard from the caffeine. A Cornholio type thing happened to me. But anyway, it tasted awesome and really pepped me up. I just bought two more for tonight, since I'm having a big party and I'm not good at staying up. |
