Ever have got a dream with you fully aware it was one? and you could do anything you like? well, if you havent, there is a bunch of ways to do it, maybe every night.
First of all, Lucid Dreaming means, Being aware that you are asleep and its a dream, and you are able to do just anything, yes ANYTHING you would like. Alright lets start, During the day say ''Am i dreaming?'' and squeeze your finger or anything, do this every 15 minutes if you are able to. If you do, and you fall asleep your mind remembers you was doing that all day long and it make you do it in your sleep, as soon as you do, you are aware its a dream, dont worry if it doesnt work the first night, i have done it 1 week long an only then i could do it. (Add this to the above way to make it work more) Write an Big ''A'' of Awake on your hand with a RED marker, when you are dreaming and you see the A on your hand your mind wil get confused and wil think you are awake, making you aware its a dream. Second way is. To get Lucid Dreaming to its best, have a night shedule, like when am i going to sleep? ask yourself and make it, like 11:00 everyday or 12:00 doesnt really matter, just try if its possible to go to bed the same time always, this is very important so your brains wil get everything toghether. ( A note: Lucid dreams usally take 60 minutes, but in your dream it would feel like its 20/30 mins.) Third way: And a good one too, when you are dreaming but no ''FULLY'' aware of it, try spinning, if you are able to spin (In your dream) you wil go in lucid mode xD. 4Th way Have a goal in your head, like ''Tomorow im going to stand up at 9:19 without alarm clock, keep thinking bout this and you would be able to go in lucid dreaming. And 5th and last (From my friend) # As you prepare for sleep each night, sit in your bed and take a minute to relax. Softly look at the palms of your hands and repeat to yourself, "Tonight while I dream, I will see my hands and realize I'm dreaming." # Continue to repeat this affirmation, "Tonight while I dream, I will see my hands and realize I'm dreaming," as you look at your hands. Do not be concerned if your eyes cross or you begin to get tired. # After five minutes, or once you feel too tired or sleepy, turn off the light and go to sleep. # When you wake during the night, gently recall your last dream. If you did not see your hands, remind yourself of your intent to see your hands in the next dream. # With consistent practice of this affirmation each night before sleep, you will suddenly see your hands pop up in front of you when dreaming, and consciously realize, "My hands! This is a dream." If you try all of these you would be able to manipulate your dreams to the fullest, i have done it several times and its quit fun to do actually, doesnt harm you or anything, you can fly if you want or destroy the earth or even have s3x .Enjoy. |

I have had many of these lucid dreams, sometimes I do not want to finish the dream and decide to wake up, one in particular was where I decided this was just a dream and I do not need to keep doing this, why not wake up. So I jumped off an over pass into a body of cloudly light blue water and woke up shortly after
