Its official, Dofus 2.0 will be launched December 2nd, and the next update will be launched September 29, Dofus 1.29. As far as anyone knows, all it is is a graphics update to a game, and a big achievment for a game being made in flash. For anyone wondering if it will change something in the game, a direct quote "The game's mechanisms will remain the same, and your characters will stroll the byways of the World of Twelve as before... they'll just look better doing it!".
Also the chat servers will be re-done, and basically it makes the games client more reliable/hold more people/make the game easier to update.

Although they released the date of the new update, less than 2 weeks away, nothing other than that has been released.

Oh well, an improvement is an improvement. Good for Dofus, I hope they will attract more players with these new changes.

oh sweet 2 days before my b-day ^^ heck of a present i've been waiting for this for a looong time now, and at last a graphic update for this unique game this is sooo nice i just hope it doesn't get a lot of hype and when it releases it will be a major letdown like most games which people sometimes anticipate a lot and once they get out it gets a lot of flaming and bad critics

Yeah, I've been waiting too. Although I really can't see this being "overhyped" since dofus carries about no hype, and they've already showed us the graphical changes, and theres nothing else other than better servers, which you cant really lie about,

Not sure if this was directed towards me, but I don't care about graphics, I like to be able to customize though, I mean, fantasy world, why would I wanna be like every other character.
