First off, there's no such thing as "Counter Strike Source mods". They're called "Source Mods".

Secondly, http://www.fileplanet.com/promotions...l/half-life-2/

Just download them, install and they show up in your steam menu. I recomend Hidden: Source, NeoTokyo, Eternal Silence, Empires and Dystopia. Those are the ones I've had a lot of fun with.

Edit: Oh, and you probably need to download the Source SDK base from steam.

Don't you mean NeoTokyo? Also, if you're into cowboy styled games, consider Fistful of Frags.
