Hai onRPG.
I would like to hold somewhat of a contest. A contest without a real prize, but a contest anyway. I wanna see who has the highest score in Wetrix. I used to play it back when it was on 64 and didn't even realize there was a PC version.

The file is pretty small (around 7 Mbs), so it shouldn't take long. The game isn't that difficult to understand, it has practice mode so you can learn the mechanics.

Anyway, I will start with my current highest:

Show me your best!

Interesting game, I never came across this in my N64 days (too busy with Ogre Battle)

I'm a bit confused on the point of this game though. When I get too much water it seems I get a game over, if I burn up all the water I also get a game over.

So confused

You are supposed to prevent leaks. On the right side you have a water bar: if it reaches the top it's game over. When you evaporate lakes you get points and the water bar goes down a bit. If you place a lot of Uppers (pieces that raise land) the Eartquake bar on the left raises, if it reaches the top, an Earthquake happens and the land randomly changes (this will often lead to a game over as well).
When you have leaks you will notice yellow arrows pointing on the side of the leak, you are supposed to try and block those leaks by placing uppers. By the way, the more lakes you have the more points you get when evaporating. One lake = less points, but holds more water.

Are you kidding me....my highest score was over 120 mil. You want lots of small lakes with ducks in them. Then wait for the rainbow. You get huge multiplyers that way.

It's also a good idea to wait for an ice block, and THEN cause an earthquake, it will give you enough time to rebuild your walls.
