Default Workout

Okay so I've been working out a lot recently, and i'm getting stronger i can tell, but i still have like no definition to this muscle, which is all i really wanted :'(
So onrpg, what are the best ways that you know of to just get lean muscle and definition. Thanks for any help

cardio training dude, free weights, work out routinely, have an intense workout but don't push it too far.

Protein-rich diets do wonders: eat a lot of fish, tuna specially, and also egg, milk and cheese.
Creatine supplements also help. But be careful of those, follow the directions and if possible ask a physician.

Now, when you do get some muscles, be sure to post pics of those biceps.

Uhm, how about trying for a little longer than half a month?

Also bulding muscles up for "looks" is actually something I consider faggotry.

4 eggs in the morning
Yoghurt and banana after that
Tuna
Tuna and bread
Some sort of meat for dinner

Have a protein shake somewhere in the middle.

Go to gym for 3 days and then have a one day break and then go again for 2 days and break.


As for what to do in the gym, im not sure... it depends on what your body can handle.


edit: My friend got really huge in only 4 months with that diet though.

I'd replace the incline flyes with 3 sets and 10 reps of Militaries, I do Volume Training.
