Okay so I've been working out a lot recently, and i'm getting stronger i can tell, but i still have like no definition to this muscle, which is all i really wanted :'(
So onrpg, what are the best ways that you know of to just get lean muscle and definition. Thanks for any help

Protein-rich diets do wonders: eat a lot of fish, tuna specially, and also egg, milk and cheese.
Creatine supplements also help. But be careful of those, follow the directions and if possible ask a physician. Now, when you do get some muscles, be sure to post pics of those biceps.

4 eggs in the morning
Yoghurt and banana after that Tuna Tuna and bread Some sort of meat for dinner Have a protein shake somewhere in the middle. Go to gym for 3 days and then have a one day break and then go again for 2 days and break. As for what to do in the gym, im not sure... it depends on what your body can handle. edit: My friend got really huge in only 4 months with that diet though.
