I never thought that someone would think that this means that the users will start to make games now and the companies will retire to marketing alone.

well id get some copyrighting/whatever done ASAP and share the concept without much etails, sometimes things sound good in your head, but when others (who may use it) hear they think its dumb, or needs more tweeking. get some consumer opinion.
