Well they finally updated their game. its version 3.0 now.
here are the changes(copy pasted from official forum) wall of text, beware:

-Fixed an issue where elections were not occuring. Expect Election Registrations to begin this Friday, September 18th at 8pm SST.
-Fixed an issue where Monsters do not move in some missions.
-Pet related warning messages are now shown as system messages.
-Fixed the problem where the UI location was not displaying normally when a Pet was right clicked.
-Fixed the problem where an empty message window appears when you obtain an item after you are expelled from a Squad because of a Forced Attack.
-Fixed the problem where the ownership of items dropped bysome monsters remained locked.
-Increased the maximum number of chatting macro (Alt+K) characters from 32 bytes (32 characters) to 128 bytes (128 characters).
-Fixed the problem where the attack-able target mark was not updating when a player changes his Faction during the Clan War.
-Fixed the problem where the buff icon does not show the correct time when a dead character revives.
-Fixed the problem where certain motion images of Andre character are not displayed normally.
-Corrected typographic errors.
-Renewed the Ring Box items and increased the probability of obtaining Stance Rings and Skill Rings.
-Added Calyce Skill Ring, Calyce Stance Ring, Claire Skill Ring and Claire Stance Ring to the Ring Box.
-Eanbled players to use Return Scrolls and Premium Dungeon Warp Scrolls in a cities.
-Added Lutes and Crossbow items (Levels 60, 80, and 100) to Pioneer Equipment.
-Changed the names of Elite Le Blanc, Le Blanc, Elite Le Noir and Le Noir items.
Ex) Elite LeBlanc to Elite Le Blanc (Fighter)
-Set to display a level up effect whenever a Veteran increases EXP by 10%.
-Fixed the problem where a Grenmah NPC does not move during the Montoro Quest.
-Changed the move point image of Minimap.
-Deleted the Penetration option from the Crossbow items of Pioneer Equipment.
-Changed unidentified ore items to be trade-able to NPC Shops.
-Reduced the probability that certain circumstances would disconnect players from the server.
-Fixed a problem where your stance changes when you increase the skill levels of unused stances after wearing a skill ring.
-Changed the number of maximum buffs from 7 to 24, which is displayed on the Target Interface when you choose a hostile family.
-Changed display to show a message to confirm whether Elemental Jewels have been retrieved or not during the Claire Scout Quest.
-Fixed the problem where when you equip a weapon and use a pose, you cannot see its effect.
-Fixed the problem where the rest buff does not apply after you complete the Spearfish Game in the Gigante Beach.
-Fixed the problem where a certain family cannot use expanded warps in the premium PC rooms.
-Changed the way of marking levels after reaching Veteran and Expert as follows:
Old [Veteran] 0%
New [Veteran Lv.1] 0%
Old [Veteran] 2%
New [Veteran Lv.1] 20%
Old [Veteran] 10%
New [Veteran Lv.2] 0%
Old [Veteran] 14.53%
New [Veteran Lv.2] 45.3%
-Changed Agility points as follows:
Only applies ATK to melee and ranged stances.
ATK of characters with less than 5 Agility remains unchanged.
Slightly increased the ATKs of characters whose Agility is higher than 6.
-Changed enhancement, socket, and enchantment systems as follows:
Enhancement and Socket
-You will receive 1 Veteran Enchantment Chip if you fail to enhance or socket one of the weapons of Kobold, WereBear and Dullahan.
-Ancient Weapon Series
-You will consume 1 Veteran Enchantment Chip if you enchant one of the weapons of Kobold, WereBear, and Dullahan.
-Change display of ranged critical damage on all the monsters to which critical damage applies, not only the target monster.
-Added unique effects to WereWolf Weapons.
-Set the Monsters of the Secret Temple Zone to move back to where they appeared when they are at a certain distance away from the character.
-Changed the login screen image.
-Changed some motion images of Scout NPCs when they use Expert Only Stances.
-Fixed the problem where some Scout NPCs do not move properly when you try a new stance on them.
-Fixed several server instability issues.
-Added a new skin
-Fixed the problem where you lose Healing Portion items after completing the Sta. Maria Tutorial Quest.
-Fixed the problem where the Capybara buff is not deleted even after the Capybara Minigame finishes.
-Added Steel Bullet items to the Consumable Items Shops, and Bullet Chargers.
-Added a new prompt to confirm that you really want to buy an Ancient Star Orb item from the Backstreet Merchant NPC in Auch.
-Experience Changes:
Significantly increased EXP points you gain when hunting Level 1 to 80 Monsters.
Changed the EXP reward of EXP Cards based on the difficulty of the quest.
Increased EXP points of EXP Cards you can gain from all quests.
Added EXP Card items with higher EXP points to Level 30 or higher quests.
Increased EXP points of Expert stances.
-Monster Difficulty
Increased the numbers of Elite Wasps and Elite Storm Cockatrice Monsters.
-Secret Guard System Changes:
Changed the Family Level required to be a Requesting Family from Levels 1 - 9 to Levels 1 - 14.
If a requesting family has Family Level 15, it can break the Secret Guard without paying any Secret Guard penalty.
Changed the Family Level required to be a Defending Family from Level 10 or higher to Level 15 or higher.
Increased Family Reputation rewards for Defending Families by 50%.
Players will not share quests if they are bound only to the Secret Guard.
Players will share quests if they are bound to both the Secret Guard and the Squad.
As the Secret Guard System has changed, both Defending and Requesting Families can break the Secret Guard without paying Secret Guard penalty if the Family Level of the Defending Family is between Levels 10 and 14.
-Added new premium items:
Strength Potion
Master Battle Pack (1 Day)
Includes: 50% Stance XP, 50% Character XP, 20% Drop Rate
Phoenix Wings (1 Day)
Lucifer Wings (1 Day)
Devil Wings (1 Day)
Amrita
Secret Area Pass (1 Days)
Allows a player entry to the non-PK Secret Areas
OoPS Support Box
This box contains a random item including a chance at a level 100 Enchant Chip and Constellation Symbols
OoPS Erracan Box
This box contains a random item including a chance at a level 100 Enchant Chip and Constellation Symbols
Mysterious Key
This key opens the chest in the Jormoung raid
Lacquer +5: Expert
Lacquer +6: Expert
PRICE DROP
Lacquers +5 and +6, General and Veteran are now SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper!
Secret Area Dungeons
-Added a new zone called Secret Area.
-You can enter the zone with an Ancient Shelter pass item.
-The zone does not allow Forced Attack, Duel, and Attack Hostile Enemies.
Baron Families cannot enter the zone.
-Secret Skeleton Dungeon
-The entrance can be found in Ustiur, in the Ancient Skeleton Dungeon 1F.
-Bahamar, Secret Underground Caves
The entrance can be found in New Opoluto.
-New Region Added: Errac
-To enter the new region the Premier Family on each server must complete a chain of quests.
-New Zones include:
El Dorado
Noche Tierra, Dias Tierra and Oculta Fortress
-Refinery added to the El Dorado.
-If you drag some items on the Refinery NPC, specified items will be given.
You can exchange 32AR weapons for Enchantment Chip Veteran items.
You can exchange 30AR weapons for Weapon Crystals, Level 30 items.
You can exchange 26AR weapons for Weapon Crystals, Level 26 items.
26DR and 27DR armor can be exchanged for level 26 defense weapon crystals.
28DR and 29DR armor can be exchanged for level 28 defense weapon crystals.
30DR armor can be exchanged for level 30 defense weapon crystal.
32DR armor can be exchanged for Enchantment Chip Veteran.
You cannot exchange the armor of Cinderella and Mysterious Pioneer.
-New Weapons Added:
15 types of Veteran Weapons (Kobold, WereBear and Dullahan Series)
Kobold's Dagger, Kobold's Sword, Kobold's Bone Sword, Kobold's Axe, Kobold's Shield, and Kobold's Torchlight
WereBear's Poleaxe, WereBear's Mace, WereBear's Cannon, and WereBear's Moring Star
Dullahan's Halberd, Dullahan's Sword, Dullahan's Pistol, Dullahan's Shield, and Dullahan's Claymore
-Added new Expert weapons (Constellation Series).
-One weapon for every weapon class has been added
-New Expert Stances Added:
Equites Stance
Weapon: One-handed Sword
Available characters: Figther, Reboldeaux Soldier, Trooper, and Romina
Rapiere Stance
Weapon: Rapier
Available characters: Andre, Karjalain, Kurt, Eduardo, and Garcia
Hanging Guard Stance

Flintlock Stance

Available characters: Musketeer, Bernelli, Sharif, Resecue Knight, Romina, and Auch Infantry
Tested Guard
Changed the Hanging Guard Stance of Claire character to Tested Guard Stance.
-Known Issues:
There is a potential crash when speaking with Chief Haman to complete the Trade Negotiations Quest.
The Mysterious Key is named incorrectly in the Bazaar.
When using the Master Battle Pack the XP Boost icon incorrectly states that you are receiving 100% XP. It's still 50% sorry .
The names of the Books in the Master Battle Pack are not correctly stated as "Master".
Some players may not be able to complete Calypso's quest. We are still working to resolve this issue.
There are still numerous text errors.
-Personal Shops are now available.

Which version are you talking about, G1 or IAH, cause G1 recently got the 2.9b patch.

I cant find anything on their site that says somthing on a ver 3.0 can you provide a link ?

I so want to play this game again but x-trap dont let me to play it =\
Maybe they fixed it by now ...
