ok this is pretty dumb, i mean im quite sure most parents have pictures of their kids when they are little running around naked or in the bath.

HOWEVER......

i think they need a new lawyer. i can see what they are trying to say/do.... but saying it like that just sounds stupid. you could SO EASILY read more into that than what is actually there. whoever told them to explain it like that is an idiot.

Reminds me of the case where these two teens sent nude pics and got arrested for CP possession.

Also that explanation is a bit of a shot in the foot.

Cops are ****ing retards why cant they just leave people alone? This is why i sometimes hate things about polices and their ***** laws. Whats so bad about taking pictures idiot fat ****ing cops and court.

dude, cops dont MAKE the laws, they enforce them.
