Yeah ive done it, god i forgot the breed of my EX-dog
i got another dog to play with him (small black cocker) and my older dog acted like his father literally lol it was quite touching You should get another one makes em happier they got someone else to play with oh and make sure its the same breed i was lucky my EX-dog didnt kill him :l |

My puppy was pretty lonly when we got him, so we brought in another dog, but as you want an "older' dog. The new dog was older and my puppy kind of looked up to him. But the eldest ofc didn't really care and just hung around xD

Ew. Too much cat love in this thread.
It really depends on the dog, some like others some don't.... your current doggie looks like she really wants a dog to play with but who knows whether the next dog you would purchase would just ignore her. |
