My take on potions and fatigue.
Potions are not meant to be needed your suppose to be able to complete a dungeon (not full clear) but directly to boss without using a single potion and I've done this probably a thousand times over the years I've played DnF. In fact I solo 99% of the time and get hit on avg once per run; right now I have like 100+ hp and 100+ mp potions in my inventory waiting to be sold at some point. Fatigue is only an issue at first because you have to farm for a lot of items for quest; later as you run out of quest and hit the grind 24+ you'll notice it's very hard to use up all your fatigue if your solo'ing and doing dungeons equal to your level; if your grinding in lower level dungeons (unless it's on like King's) you'll burn stamina faster simply because you can clear rooms faster. |

![]() and i'll like to add to what he said... I guess not many ppl know another reason for Fatigue is that they haven't played long/hardcore enough that they're wrist hurts like hell after 4 hours of playing...dungeons seriously can get hard and pisses you off later. You'll be smashing your keyboard when you get to higher lvl, whether u like it or not. Of course those hardcore korean videos out there on the internet, the chars have good gears(avatars etc. etc.) but they are still smashing the keyboard while playing ;D ps. on another note, just playing 3 chars everyday will last you a month or two, to lvl 50. then you can decide if you want to get it to 55 for armor and weapon sets or to 60, or just leave it at lvl 50 and use it to grind maps + other players. Did I miss the memo where they limited how much we can pvp? The max level is 60 (i think) you'll get there when you get there who cares?
Fatigue gives me a sense of accomplishment. I did what I had to do for the day now I can use the rest of my free time pvping. I wouldn't have it any other way. |

Lol@limiting how long you can play. You only get to do 100 other things besides grind grind grind. Once hell mode comes out you can do that, you can PvP, start another character or just chill with people. The fatigue system is there to make you ENJOY the game.

I think it's meant to be played like an action arcade and that's why they tried to implement the system. You wouldn't play all day long in an arcade would you? Unless you had a limited supply of coins. The same goes for this. Not to mention I think you enjoy the time you DO have rather than think of it as a chore. PvP is great fun and really rewarded. That is where the fun is You can level your rank level as well, haha.

If you enjoy grinding so much wait until 20s and 30s when it'll take 7 hours to enpy the fatigue. I see it as a goal for the day. Most people don't want to grind, but like you, I love too. I just know how hard it gets and am glad I can empty it now.
The worst part is starting out a char and getting to 14 with 0 fatigue in 3 hours and haveing to pvp the rest of the day. |
