Well for starters, I wanna make it so it doesn't have the white background.
And two, I wanna make it a gif that shakes around some.

Well thank you, captain obvious, but I don't quite know how to Photoshop animate it.
I have a basic idea of how to do it in flash, but could I save it as a .gif if I did?

you have to remember he puts the r in retarded.

i'd say since it's such a simple animation, just use photoshop cs3 and above, it's frame by frame, but it does the job.

and yes, save it as a gif when you're done with whatever program you're using.

Alright, I'll try it in Flash (I have Adobe CS3 everything, and honestly I only use Soundbooth, Photoshop, and Flash. :/),but how do I get the white background to disappear? Like, whether I save it with a transparent background or not, it shows up with the white square on the web.

Save it as a .png to make it transparent, I don't think it works with animations though. And you can't animate with Photoshop, use Imageready instead, it comes with Photoshop CS2, not sure about CS3.
