After i get my druid to 80, which should be soon, i'm gona make a warlock or rogue on a pvp server. But i don't want to roll onto some unactive server, so does anyone know a good pvp server? That's somewhat even in numbers(nothing like cho'gal), and has a high population. I could care less if it's good for pve, or even if it's just one giant gank fest everywhere u go.

edit: btw how hard did i fail with the title rofl...i was tired

Not Tichondrius.

I never see pvp happening anywhere. I got ganked like 2 or 3 times from 1-80.

try Illidan nice pvp realm we are like 2nd good battlegroup and 2nd in US progression

If you want PvP do ally on illidan. If you arn't ganked by the random level 80's running around WPL the groups of 3+ horde will do you in.

i loved getting ganked while leveling on dreadmaul, taking the name of the griefers and hunting their asses down only to wtf pwn them from out of no where and flying away before they even realize wtf happend.

I was thinking about leveling a lock to 80 on my realm to avoid being greifed then switching over to illidan or mal'ganis. Or leveling on those pvp realms, switching one of my 80's over to kill the griefers.

But either way, i haven't been on a pvp realm in forever. How are the pvp realms at 80? Is there actual world pvp that goes on, cuz thats what im lookin for? I remember back in old days, one of your friends would get killed in some random place , and bring back friends. Then horde would bring back friends and so on. And you'd have a battle going on for a long time all over the place. There'd always be swarms of horde coming into our cities, and we actually fought back.

Is there still active world pvp's stuff like this that goes on, because i've been hearing it's died down alot since wrath.

Sucks cause if everyone who was just sitting around in Dalaran doing nothing actually went out and pvped we could get some pretty good fights goin.

Honestly pvp realms and pve realms are basically the same shit now everyone who pvp's does it in battlegrounds or arena.

That kinda sucks. I remember i used to do world pvp a lot, and wanted to get back to that. So tired of instanced pvp 0.o. World pvp was like some of the funnest times in wow for me.

I hope in cataclysm they put some more emphasis on world pvp, perhaps even offer rewards again for it to get more ppl to participate. It seems that if you don't give ppl candy for doing something, they completely ignore it. Even if it's super fun. They all just follow the professor plumbs.

Like in tbc i remember i used to have so much fun in nagrand with it's little world pvp battle going on constantly. Halla was awsome, they should put more stuff like that around. They seem to be going with the wintergrasp approach next x-pac tho

Not that wintergrasp isn't fun, but the only real world pvp that goes on in wintergrasp is the stuff in between battles. Because the need to fight is random. You can be ambushed by other gatherers, or run into a angry hordie or gnome. And you can call friends to help you fight over the resources. But the wintergrasp battle itself minus well be instanced. But the idea of wg promotes alot of world pvp, so perhaps it's not a bad thing.
