atm my warrior is 71 pretty okay i can charge and kill a mob in 6-7 second + great pvp / pve class i dueled a ele shammy lv 72 and beat him about 13 times and lost 4 times but a warrior in arena is hard to play because you need to switch to ur sword and shield alot of time to reflect caster spell so i'll go with a rogue

so pretty much what you guys are saying are rogues are more fun then mages if you like melee more then ranged/caster dps?

I'm going to be starting again soon, maybe within 2-4 weeks. I want to get my grades pretty steady before I start. Also all my college apps will be in by then. I want to set my self up for success.

), then ya the rogue will be more fun.
I personally don't like rogues or mages in pve. I don't like rogues resource system, and mages just seem really slow and clunky to me. But it's just personal taste. Like i said maybe you should wait to next ptr to give them a test drive, or look at a video of them in raids or something to see how they handle.

edit- i think ptr's are live , lol i'm not sure anymore. Trying to download it now

yeah im installing the ptr now so its ready when it goes live.hoping they allow premades so i can check some classes out.

*edit* just tried coping chars to the ptr and its already full lol.average wait time for my chars is 1 hr and average wait time for premades (seems your able to make them so woot) is 2 hrs.hopefully ill be able to when i get off at work at 3am.

i'd say push it towards the end of your subscription date. force yourself to gear up and try to get into at least one raid with a good guild, try to experience raids before the end of your wow life, it might be something to turn you back to the game. If you have undergeared characters, farm n toc for what its worth, they have some pretty sweet pre-heroic epics. When you start raiding there isn't a whole lot to do unless you're leveling alts or pvp'ing, but if you're a carebear then pvp is out of the question. I myself have become casual ever since i started raiding, the guild has a good weekend raid schedule and i only log on friday nights - sat - sun to attend the raids. Other than that i'm not logging on much over the week.

I'm having the exact same problem... just got back from a holiday, been busting to play all week. I log-in, and i just completely lost the urge to play.

My personal opinion is that Blizzard is making wow way too easy
BC and Classic were the best times to be playing wow, but now its just meh
Cataclysm is gonna be a major let down too.

I dunno, i reckon take a break and see if you get the urge to play again, or just play out your gametime and quit. I'm looking for a new mmo to just chill out with for the moment.

meh im a casual so i like all the changes...gives me time to see the content blizz wants us to see rather we blow through it or it takes weeks/months for us.

Last ptr the premade wait time was like 4 days 0.o. But ptr is just a really awesome time to test out characters, i did it so much i had premades of every class before lol, but they wiped it this time. We're suppose to be testing new content, which i do, but i end up just doing bg's with all the other premades lol...

-edit- is the 5 man even released for testing Or is there a focus testing yet? Can't wait till we can get into icecrown.

my premades were copied over within 24 hrs thank god.so i got to test an 80 rogue,80 mage,and 80 druid...sadly i liked none lol.

and yeah the 5man is out for testing and its already been cleared.word on the forum is people are like 2-3manning it easily...but its completely gimped right now JUST FOR testing.i personally havent tried it but thats the word.
