Do you have any idea what a graphic engine is? Sprites aren't part of the graphic engine, they just are... sprites. and I highly doubt they BOUGHT them, since they aren't exactly for sale. Sprites from Ragnarok Online, Sword of Mana, MapleStory icons were ripped, aka stolen. Your "living proof" link only proves my point, since the chinese are counterfeiting masters.
Yes, the game is licensed to IGG for the North American market, that means IGG is also responsible. Gravity US, Nexon US or Square-Enix US could very well sue (although I doubt they'd bother for such a pos "game").
