Because the game is worthless, there is probably not enough money to make off this case. If it was popular it would be different.
That and the fact suing a chinese company is useless. They are ripoff masters, shut one down, ten more pop up. Would be too expensive for the ripped off companies, with too little gain if they ever win.

Trust me, if any company can sue another one (even if IGG its not as good as you say) and they will make a profit for it, they WILL do it.
Even if the chinese version is a "good ripoff" and they cant sue it because according to you chinese are expert in breaking the law at the point of beating so many different important companies. Even so, what do you have to say about IGG?
Why hasnt been sued yet if the game has been announced a month ago? Do you really think that so many companies will remain doing nothing about it when they can make a profit if IGG is sued?
And about the stealing part, like I said before, even if they look alike or they are the same its not necessary a steal. If they buy it from other companies its not illegal.
