That depends in what you call "solid evidence".
I think that a small game that has been online for over one year with all the obvious similarities and hasnt been cancelled yet for obvious reasons to be proof. (I also checked in the forums and did some research, but due of my lack of chinese and the horrible google traslator I rather not post it, because it cant be really called "solid evidence").
You can also consider that there is no way that IGG will host a game that have legal problems in china, they arent THAT stupid.

What "solid evidence" do you have that this game hasnt buyed the rights to post all this stuff?
How a small game like this survived this long without being sued?
Why IGG hasnt been sued yet?
And dont tell me that they dont because they wouldnt win any profit, any company that knows that they are being ripped off will react in some way (specially if its such a small game, they wouldnt be of any challange for so many well known companies like Blizzard or Square Enix).
