Valk is the same level of fun, big size community, great WoE wars going on right now actually, and all the same as pay2play servers. I'd go Valk and enjoy some RO

I'm a darn wimp, because Valk server is just too hard for me, with the higher prices and less Kafra warps...>.>
But, I might run in anyways. Let's see...what character would I make if I jumped back on the RO wagon...? Probably archer to hunter. Okay, I'll come back when I have her made so I can tell you her name. Actually, I'll pm you her name. *nods*
