They didn't buy it and edit it. That would be a waste of money because the edits are horrible. They either stole them and edited them, or were so inspired they decided to STEAL the DESIGN.
Come on now, Blas, open your eyes, you must be blind if you can't see that some of them are exact copies with minor edits to shades of color, or pixels. You might like the game but I mean for god's sakes half of the items and icons are ripped straight from other games. Why would you go through the trouble of BUYING sprite designs from other games when you can make your own (which they did BADLY for a few of the monsters). Why haven't they been sued? Send emails to each of the companies that they stole the graphics from and ask them. Maybe you'll be surprised that big companies don't frequent obscure chinese games.
As for GRAPHICS ENGINE. Ahahahaha. That's a great joke. Graphics engine displays the graphics. If you have no graphics, the engine displays nothing. Get it? Graphics Engine != Graphics.
