well i was born in america so i guess that makes me american but my dad was born and raised in ireland and my mother is norwegian/finnish so im a few things

And where did the whole "Well, I was born here, so this must be my nationality" thing get started? I always thought it was common knowledge to know that your nationality is your genetic heritage.

Wow a lot of u guys are mixed ethiopians have a thing were they only marry ethiopians so so far in my family its 100% ethiopian

American is not a nationality, its citizenship really. The only real Americans would be the American Indians.

I am mostly Czech, German, Polish, French, and probably a little bit of a few others. My mom was adopted, and has only met her birth father so I don't know my blood grandma's nationality. The ones I listed above are from my dads side, and the French is from my moms side.

I'm about 50% Italian, 25% Irish, 24% Dutch, and 1% German...I come from a pretty weird family.
