Hi guys!

A small percentage of you still receive this error. We are trying to find out exactly why it occurs because I really want all of you to be able to get the beta keys you want! Many of you have now emailed us with a description of how you visit the page. Now I would like to do some more testing.

I'd like to run some tests together with you to see if we can discover at least where exactly things go wrong!

Please help test:
- it may help to be logged out or logged in to the forums before entering an event.
- it may help to fully load the page before signing in to the event.
- some events may have issues and others don't.
- it might do the same thing on Firefox as it does on IE.
- also try disabling SkipScreen (Firefox add-on) if you have it.
NEW - When you log in to the event, DO NOT click the link to load the page! Just wait until the page is loaded! Then you should get your key!!

Report back!

yeah i get it when i try and get a key for http://www.onrpg.com/MMO/event/Brigh...-Key-Give-Away

what you should do is have it display there key again. what happened is my web broswer reloaded it self i dont know why if first had the key there then when i go to look its not there anymore. gives me that error. way to solve it is have the script display the key that was givin to them so they can view the key again. i also tryed making a 2nd account to get the key for bright shadow i still get the same issue. and there are 9 keys left i guess im sol to play

i having same problem when try get bright shadow CB key too D= somehow there no key appear in bottom like it ussualy did =x

i used google chrome. Is there a way i can still get the key that it said was given to me?

Hi Nipper! The reason you didn't get a key is probably because there were no keys left. It went really fast! Lucky for you there will be some more keys available either today or tomorrow! So you can check again

If that doesn't work, please post here again or send me an email and I'll try to get you a key!

Do you also use the SkipScreen addon? If you do, can you try to disable it and register for another event also, see if that fixes the issue?

not for sure if thats correct. before when i first started tryin to get keys for the game it said there was 500 with 100left and it just slowly went down. and it still said Sorry, you already have a key!. i even made a new account to boot to see if i can get the key but it still gave me the message even when it said there where keys left. but now it does not tell me if there are keys which i bleave by now there would not be. as like 2 days ago said there where 10

Alright, I understand. Well there would be new keys soon so you can try then! Please try to follow the suggestions posted in the first post for that one! You can check on the main site when the keys are available again

EDIT:

We found a new item that may solve the problem:
1) When you login you get a page saying "redirecting you" and it has a link to continue, or if you wait it'll do a javascript thing
2) js fires, opens the URL (runs the script). while it's loading you click on the link... open the URL, run the script again - get the "already got key" page

This means:
If you have the error and you want the error to stop: please make sure you DO NOT click the link, when the event redirects you!

If anyone who usually has the error can confirm this, I'd be delighted!

still got the issue even thou i logged in before going to the give away page. anyways i dont need it anymore i got one from ********.

But a idea is to not have it show Sorry, you already have a key! but to display the key that was given just incase issues come up and they close the page out. lets them get the key again. much like mmorpg has
