I'd say speed exercises it will wear you out but that is what excersing is spose to do ro you will not get anywere with it. Maybe stand up drill as many straight punches as you can. But once again practice flexability it is one the best ways to build strength all over in your body since it builds more then just muscle strength helps strengthn tendants/joints.Instead of doing situps do crunches and leg lifts. |

Drink atleast glass or more milk a day. I Dont gain weight easy iether. But when i stayed to my training for whole year id say it was about 20 pounds of muscle i gained.Made sure drunk milk every day. Milk and eggs good common things in the house to eat for weight.
