Well people argue that they even out, but I've checked it out and the majority say it's a better back exercise. Although, there is still a large amount that say its a good leg also.

never get lightheaded or anything til i max leg press, cuz thats the most weight i ever can do, and it makes my heart feel like its gonna blow up. Quote:
weight gain = calories > body functions(living) +calories burned in exercise/movement(use of muscles past just living) so if you burn 1000 calories for your body functions and 500 in exercise(running/walking) you would need to eat 1600 calories to store that as fat. i think its 2k calories is 1 lb of fat? so eat 2k calories more then you expend and you gain weight. for you, you probably have a high amount of calories burned in body functions(high metabolism) now muscle wise, you just work out, and gain muscle mass and you gain weight as long as you have enough protein to repair and live. I think this is all correct, im a bit tired cant think right now. Last edited by V-Opolis; 10-09-2009 at 01:08 AM. Reason: -=Doublepost=- |

Even if you are trying to bulk up and gain weight, shouldn't you be trying to gain muscle? |
